Meet the Healthy Hive

Alexia is a champion of sustainability and social equity in her community, devoted to creating an inclusive health landscape for all youth. Through her leadership on The Hive, she will lead and engage in new initiatives to drive systemic change.

Rebecca is a High School junior in York County. She is exploring various career paths, particularly in healthcare, to assess what will best improve the community and empower others through her involvement. The Healthy Hive is part of her explorations.

Sage Jones is a senior at a charter school. They’re involved in their school’s magazine, newsletter, and DND. Sage loves writing, baking, and night walks. They enjoy discovering books and watching horror movies in their free time.

Mayah is currently a senior in High School. She lives in Dauphin County. In the fall of 2025, she will be attending college for an associate’s degree in psychology. Outside of school, she likes to go on walks around her neighborhood.

Tarnesha is a current senior who really loves being part of a wonderful group. After high school, she will study nursing hopefully at West Chester University. Tarnesha’s motto is that the key to everything is communication.

Isabel is a senior in high school, where she is involved in many honors societies, clubs, and helps plan the Multicultural Festival for Model UN. Isabel is a part of various school music ensembles where she plays the viola and piano.

Eclipsa is the proud mother of a 3-year-old and identifies as a lesbian. She is a 10^th-grader from York County who likes to exercise, cook, and clean. She hopes her life experiences will be valuable to other young people.

Nevaeh is from Lancaster County, PA. She is passionate about helping her community in many ways, including coaching tennis, volunteering, and leading a nonprofit group in Lancaster County.

Nakaylah is a dedicated and driven high school junior with a passion for community service, journalism, and leadership. She also enjoys baking.
