We live in a fast-paced world with the needs in our communities evolving rapidly.
Each year, the Healthy Hive members take part in an annual needs assessment process. This process helps to make sure that we are serving the populations who have the biggest need.
Through their own lived experiences, conducting key informant interviews, promoting public surveys, and reviewing publicly available health data, Hive members help to name priority populations and areas of focus.
Similarly, Hive members share ideas about where and how to best provide programming and services for priority populations. This includes adjusting messaging in campaign materials, selecting different educational programs, and/or building new community partners.
